On Saturday, 14th of April, the nasyid group 'Wardatul Jannah' from BruStol competed in the Lagu Dakwah competition held in Manchester by the BruManch Society. Practice sessions to prepare for this competition started well before the day itself and the group went with the theme 'Ummi' in the hopes of relaying a powerful message to the audiences. On the day itself, the group delivered a powerful performance and in the end was only one mark behind for second place. The second place went to the Newcastle Society while LufBru was named first place.
Wardahtul Jannah consisted of seven members: Nouzhah Asy-Syifa, Munirah Haji Ibrahim, Afifah Ibrahim, Amalina Hamidun, Mayang Sari Indah, Maseleiana Rahimah Ibrahim and Fathin Haji Damit.
